We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unaltered, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, click on the Return icon on your dashboard. Input your Order ID and select the item you wish to return. Follow the instructions and submit the return request. Once the request is approved, you will receive a notification with return instructions. Please follow the instructions to return the items to the designated address.
If your return is received and accepted, a refund will be initiated. Returns due to poor quality or damages will be eligible for a full refund inclusive of the initial shipping cost paid. All other returns will be refunded less of this shipping cost.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Nigeria, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Certain types of items like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), intimate clothing, jewelry and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned or refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event you receive defective items, you can return the item (free of charge) and a full refund will be made to you. If you want us to replace the item, please Contact Us.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
