Orders & Payment

To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your desired items, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout process, where you can enter your shipping and payment information. Once you complete the payment, your order will be confirmed

Please email info@andanni.com or chat with us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. After your order has been processed and dispatched, unfortunately we will no longer be able to amend it.

Your payment information is encrypted. Andanni uses secure payment gateways to ensure the safety and privacy of our customers’ data. We do not have access to this information, nor do we store it on our database.

Domestic customers: we accept Visa, MasterCard, Verve, Pay with Bank transfer and USSD.

International customers: we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Your payment information is secure and encrypted for your protection.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are subject to a processing time which is not included in the time it takes for a shipment to get to you. We aim to process and dispatch domestic orders received before 12pm West Africa Time (GMT+1) same day while orders received after this time will be processed and dispatched within the next working day. International orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

We will do our best to send your items as quickly as possible but during busy periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may take up to 5 working days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Our estimated shipping times are:

Domestic: 1-3 working days

International standard: 10-15 working days

International express: 3-4 working days

Please note that these are estimates and can be subjected to external delays such as customs. This is unfortunately out of our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s progress on our website or the carrier’s website.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.

Please note that returns are not free of charge except in the case of defective items, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the returned amount. Also, shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of defective items, a full refund will be made to you.

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order. 

Items are accepted for refund if returned in line with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Product and Stock

To check the availability of a product, visit the product page of the item you’re interested in. If the product is in stock, you’ll see an “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, there will be a notification indicating its unavailability. We regularly update our stock. Click on the Notify Me icon, fill in your email and you will receive an email notification once the item is restocked.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-order options for out-of-stock items at this time. However, you can sign up for our newsletter or enable product notifications to be among the first to know when the item is back in stock.

We understand how disappointing it can be when your desired product is no longer available. We recommend exploring similar items in our collection, as we regularly update our inventory with new and trendy items. Additionally, you can reach out to us, we can help suggest alternatives or provide information about potential restocks.

We strive to provide accurate sizing information for each product in our listings. However, sizing can vary between brands and styles. We recommend checking our size guides, which can be found on the product page, to ensure the best fit. If you’re still uncertain about sizing, please feel free to chat with us for personalized assistance.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer full refunds in the event you receive defective items or where items are not as described. If you encounter any issues with your items, please Contact Us and we will get it sorted for you.
